Lottie est une jolie poupée de porcelaine blonde aux cheveux ondulés, au visage souriant ; habillée dans un style champêtre victorien ; elle a un joli chapeau blanc satiné agrémenté de dentelle ; un petit sac rose satiné ; et des petites chaussures blanches ; elle porte une petite robe vichy avec un petit nœud serti d'un strass bleu au col, des chaussettes hautes et un pantacourt à dentelle en sous-vêtement.
Son corps est en tissu molletonné.
Seuls sa tête, ses avant-bras, et ses pieds et mollets sont en porcelaine.
La poupée peut être déshabillée, la robe se ferme avec un scratch au dos.
Elle a été conçue dans les années 70/80, probablement en France.
